11.11 HEALTH DATA
To view health related statistics, including user
steps count, distance covered, calories burnt,
activity level and more, follow the steps on the
next page.
From the main watch screen, press the up button
once to enter the applications menu. Tap to
choose
‘Health data.’
• Swipe the screen up or down to view all
information.
Press the up button once to return to the main
screen.
11.12 EXERCISE RECORD
To view statistics for completed
workout sessions, follow the steps
below:
From the main watch screen, press
the up button once to enter the
applications menu. Tap to choose
‘Exercise Record.’
• Tap on a sport icon for to view its data.
• Scroll down the screen to reveal more data.
Press the up button once to return to the main screen.
11.13 SLEEP
To use the sleep monitoring and
measurement function, you need to
wear the watch while asleep. The
watch should rest a finger’s width
below the wrist bone and should
be worn snugly.
From the main watch screen, press
the up button once to enter the
applications menu. Tap to choose
‘Sleep.’
• Scroll the screen up or down to
browse all data.
Press the up button once to return
to the main screen.
11.14 BLOOD OXYGEN
To ensure a more accurate blood oxygen
measurement, the watch should rest a finger’s
width below the wrist bone and should be worn
snugly.
From the main watch screen, press the up button
once to enter the applications menu. Tap to
choose
‘Blood oxygen.’
