Factory Reset

Press and hold and at the same time for 3 seconds to reset all the settings to
factory default. This action will also disconnect the unit from the Wi-F network if
connected. This action must be performed on the

hidden touch controls

.

Resetting the Temperature Cutoff Switch

Should the heater overheat, a manual limit cut-out will turn the unit off and it will not come back on without being
reset. If the button on the unit is pressed,

Err 1

will be displayed on the unit. It can be reset by turning the unit off

at the main disconnect panel and waiting 5 minutes before turning the unit back on.

CAUTION:

If you need to continuously reset the heater, turn the unit off at the main disconnect panel and call

technical support at: 1-888-346-7539.
