2-3-3 Windows XP IP address setup: 

 

1. Click ‘Start’ button (it should be located at the lower-left corner of your  
    computer), then click control panel. Click ‘Network Connections’, Right click on 
   ‘Local Area Connection’ and select Properties, Local Area Connection Properties  
    window will appear. Select ‘Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)’, and then click
