Address is logically  “ ANDed”  ( bitw ise)  w it h t he 

Addr ess Mask  of t he r eceiver . The result ing v alue 

m ust  m at ch t he Dest inat ion Addr ess or  the 

Addr ess Mask of t he r eceiv er for t he packet  t o be 

r eceiv ed and sent  out  t he m odem ’s DO ser ial 

por t . I f t he “ ANDed”  v alue does not m at ch eit her

Parameter Range:  0 – 0xFFFF 

Default Parameter Value: 0xFFFF 
(Destination address (DT parameter) of the 
transmitting modem must exactly match the 
destination address of the receiving modem.)

pin is de- asser t ed ( low ) , the m odem  w ill Wak e- up 

int o AT Com m and Mode. This behav ior  allows 

m odem  DTR em ulat ion.
