AT ( Gua r d Tim e Aft e r ) Com m a nd
< Com m and Mode Opt ions> AT Com m and is used
t o set t he t im e- of- silence t hat follow s t he
com m and sequence char act er ( CC Com m and) . By
default , AT Com m and Mode will act iv at e aft er one
second of silence.

t he default AT Com m and Mode sequence.
BD ( I nt e r fa ce D a t a Ra t e ) Com m a n d
< Ser ial I nt er facing> BD Com m and allows t he
user to adj ust t he UART int erface dat a r at e and
t hus m odify t he r at e at w hich ser ial dat a is sent
t o t he RF m odem . The new baud r at e does not
t ak e effect unt il t he CN com m and is issued. The
RF dat a r at e is unaffect ed by the BD par am eter .
Most applicat ions w ill r equire one of t he seven
st andar d baud r at es; how ev er, non- st andar d
baud r at es ar e also suppor t ed.

" ATBD4B00" . NOTE: When using Digi’s XCTU Soft w ar e, non- st andar d int er face dat a r at es can
only be set and r ead using t he XCTU “ Term inal” t ab. Non- st andar d r at es are not accessible
t hr ough t he “ Modem Configurat ion” t ab.
When t he BD com m and is sent w it h a non- st andar d int er face dat a r at e, t he UART w ill adj ust t o
accom m odat e t he r equest ed int er face r at e. I n m ost cases, t he clock r esolut ion w ill cause t he
st or ed BD par am et er to v ary fr om t he par am et er t hat w as sent ( r efer t o t he t able below ) .
