4.4

Access control head module

The optional access control head module regulates access to the upper area of the dispensing/recycling
module if there is any money located in the banknote path (for example, in the event of a banknote jam).

Depending on the configuration of the system, the head module can only be accessed in the event of a
jam, or under general circumstances, by opening the safe door (authorized access).

There are two versions of access control head module:

Electromechanical access control

•

Mechanical access control
