Problems

6.1

General information

This chapter describes the action you will need to take to remedy any problems that occur on the cus-
tomer panel.

Remedies for problems that occur on the integrated device components are described in the chapter
about the device components.

If you cannot remedy the problems yourself, please contact your local Diebold Nixdorf customer care
unit, quoting the service ID attached to the device.

NOTE

If problems occur with the safe, you should contact your local Diebold Nixdorf branch or
your authorized Diebold Nixdorf partner.
