5.1  Service après-vente

Au cas où l’appareil ne s’allume pas, avant de le faire réparer,
vérifier que:
- La fiche soit bien branchée.
- L’interrupteur soit dans la position "1" ALLUME'
- Qu'il y ait tension dans la fiche et dans l’installation.

Vérifiez-le en branchant l’appareil à une fiche dont le
fonctionnement est sûr.

- Effectuer le nettoyage de l’appareil en cas de corps solides

qui empèchent la rotation du moteur.

- Demander le service d'après-vente directement à la firme

en indiquant:
Modèle, numéro de série et le type de problème.

5.2 Normes de garantie

L’ appareil est garanti 12 mois à partir de la date de vente. La
garantie couvre les frais des réparations des appareils défectueux
achetés dans des magasins authorisés.

1- Garantie signifie la substitution gratuite de toutes les parties

qui résultent défectueuses à I'origine, sauf les parties
électriques (moteur, fiche). La garantie n’est pas valable si
le reçu ou la facture qui témoignent l’achat de I'appareil ne
sont pas joints.

En outre la garantie n’est pas valable si:

5.1  Assistance

If the appliance fails to start, before taking it to be repaired,
check:
- The plug is fitted correctly in the socket.
- The switch is in position "1" ON.
- Power is reaching the machine. Check this by connecting to

the appliance to a socket which you are sure is operating
correctly.

- Clean the appliance whenever solids prevent correct motor

rotation.

- For servicing, call company indicating:
model, serial number and problem.

5.2  Terms  of guarantee

The appliance is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of
purchase. The guaramtee covers repairs to appliances purchased
from authorised sales outlets whwnever it can be shown that
the appliance is defective in material or workmanship and on
the conditions which here follow:

1- The guarantee provides for the free replacement of all those

parts which are of defective manifacture. The guarantee is
not valid unless accompanied by an official receipt or invoice
as proof of purchase.

Morover the guarantee is not valid in the following cases:
