3.4 Fonctionnement de apporeil
Avant d'utiliser l’appareil pour la première fois,
laver les accessoires dans l’eou tiède.
- Choisir la plaque percée apte au travail.
- Avant de commencer le travail, contrôler que les accessoires
soient bien montés, en particulier le couteau.
- Monter le récipient de récolte et la trémie.
- Brancher I'appareil.
- Allumer le hache-viande en suivant les instructions.
Pousser la viande dans l’appareil en se
servant uniquement de l’engin approprié.
- Pousser la viande dans la bouche d'entrée de la trémie.
- Une fois terminé le travail, débrancher et nettoyer l'appareil.
3.4 Pratical operation
When first using, carefully wash the
attachments in warm water.
- Choose the perforated disk suited to the task.
- Check that the attachments, especially the blade, have been
properly connected before beginning the task.
- Position the collecting tray and the hopper.
- Connect the appliance to the mains supply.
- Turn on the mincer following the instructions.
Use only the presser supplied to push
the meat in to the appliance
- Push the meat down into the hopper opening.
- Once the task is completed, unplug the appliance from the mains
and clean.

4.0 MAINTENANCE
4.1 Nettoyage
Éteindre l’appareil et débrancher toujours la fiche de prise
de courant avant de commencer le nettoyage. Ne pus
plonger I'appareil dans l’eau, éviter d'utiliser des substances
corrosives ou abrasives qui pourraient abimer le métal, ne
pas mettre I’appareil ou les accessoires dans la machine
à laver la vaisselle.
A la fin de chaque travail:
- Nettoyer les surfaces extérieures avec un chiffon humide.
- Pour le nettoyage des accessoires utiliser de l’eau et du savon
neutre ou bien des produits employès pour le nettoyage des

Turn off the appliance and always unplug from the mains
before cleaning. Do not immerse the appliance in water or
use substances or materials which can scratch or otherwise
impair the autside surface. Do not wasch the attachments
or the appliance in a dish-washer.
When each cycle of work is completed:
- Clean the external surface with a damp cloth.
- Remove the attachments.
- To clean the attachments, use neutral soap and water, or
