Device Unique ID (DUID)
The DUID binds the license for the SIParator extensions and the license for the Diva Media Board extensions
(BorderNet 504PRI only) to the BorderNet 500 Gateway.
The DUID for the SIParator extensions is the BorderNet 500 Gateway equipment’s serial number, which can be
found either on the chassis label or on the SIParator web interface. To find the DUID on the SIParator web
interface, follow these steps:
1. Start a web browser and open https://<BorderNet500-IP-Address>/.
2. Log in using the user and password for the SIParator web interface.
The DUID is listed as a serial number on the About tab.
3. Select the serial number, right-click, and select Copy from the pop-up menu.
4. If you need to activate the license from another computer, open an editor, paste the DUID, and save the file.
5. Register the DUID on the web, as described in
The DUID for the Diva Media Board extensions (available only for BorderNet 504PRI) can be found on the Diva
SIPcontrol web interface by following these steps:
1. Start a web browser and open https://<BorderNet500-IP-Address>/ to access the Diva SIPcontrol web
interface.
2. Log in using the password for the Diva SIPcontrol web interface. The default password is "Dialogic".
Note: If you forgot your password, you can reset it by executing a "Diva configuration reset" for the
BorderNet 500 Gateway, as described in the Dialogic
