Periodic Maintenance
Spindle Run-in (Warm-up)
To stabilize the rotation of the spindle, a spindle run-in (warm-up) may be needed.
Cases Where You Need to Perform This Task

When you finish installing the machine

When the spindle unit is replaced

When the machine is not used for a prolonged period

Before you start using the machine in low room temperature
Procedure

Close the front cover, and turn on the power.

Display VPanel.



In the top window of VPanel, select the machine
that you wish to perform the spindle run-in.
Click [Settings].

Click [Maintenance] tab.
Click [Run-in].
The spindle run-in operation starts.
