DXST4500 Industrial Racks are sold separately.
WARNING:
Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from rack tipping over. To prevent this, the
assembled rack must always be secured to a wall, especially in earthquake-prone environments, where
surfaces are uneven, and where children and/or pets are present.
NOTE:
This same process can be used for mounting double side panels.
1. Position one right and one left bracket onto the top two mounting slots of each upright on one side
of the rack with the hanging tab arrows pointing upwards. Slide the side mounting brackets down
completely into the slots to secure them. For the bottom set of mounting brackets, offset them one
slot upwards from the bottom of the rack uprights then follow the same procedure as the top mounting
brackets. (Fig. 1)
2. Take the pegboard and position it to line up the holes on the pegboard with the hanging tabs on the
mounting brackets. Slide the pegboard onto the mounting brackets, and firmly push down on the top of
the pegboard to secure it onto the mounting brackets. (Fig. 2)
3. Insert a large locking pin into the hole on the top of each of the four (4) mounting brackets. (Fig. 3)
NOTE:
Pegboards can be mounted to the back or sides of racks for multi-functional organization.
