Placing the document on the original glass

Press the [Fax] key.

The machine enters Fax mode, and
the Fax mode screen appears.

Lift open the document feeder, and then place the document on the
original glass with the side to be scanned facing down.

–

Align the document on the scales above and to the left of the
original glass.

Close the document feeder.
