The partial lock also prevents outgoing calls, but allows you to specify exceptions.
Whenever the partial lock is active, you can only dial those telephone numbers that
begin with the digits entered as exceptions to the lock. In the example above, you
could dial calls to telephone numbers beginning with 0130 (i.e. German toll-free num-
bers), to the police (German telephone number 110) and to all telephone numbers in
Berlin (area code 030).
You can enter a maximum of three exceptions.
You can, of course, always dial the emergency telephone number 112, even when
112, 11 or 1 are not included as exceptions to the partial lock.

Select the "Part. Lock" softkey (Partial
Lock).
