Pour hydraulic oil
(manufacturer's recommendation: DTE-16M: order number: 1 litre - 25072/5 litres - 25073)
into the pressure measuring unit
(see Fig. 7.5.16)
(Step 6)
Replace both discs (
2 & 3
) on the pressure gauge.
Wrap the exposed thread area with several layers of Teflon tape.
(Step 7)
Screw pressure gauge into pressure measuring unit and tighten.
(Step 8)
Put the pump unit back in position and secure it with the threaded pin (

) in the housing.
(Step 9)
The rest of the assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly

Main fuse of power supply defective.

Turn fuse back on or replace if defective.

Machine is under pressure.

Ensure depressurisation.

Replace drive unit

Machine is closed.

Disassemble and clean the machine.

Loose or defective components in the
pump mechanism.

Check mechanism, restore loose or separate
connections, replace defective components.

Damaged bearings in the pump
mechanism

Replace bearings in the mechanics
Pump does not suck in
any medium.
