Now the machine is clean. However, the machine must not be allowed to stand in the detergent!
Therefore, fill approximately 0.5 litre of clean and new hydraulic oil (Mobil HLP-68 or equal quality) into the material
container. Deaerate the machine and the material hose with the hydraulic oil and allow the machine to pump the
liquid through the circulation for about one minute so that the oil can be optimally distributed in the pump
components and valves. Afterwards the machine can be switched off.

Now the machine can be stored until its next use. The hydraulic oil remains in the machine and the material hoses for
preservation.

NOTE: Maintenance and repair work may only be performed by qualified personnel!
It is recommended that the machine be maintained and inspected by Desoi GmbH.
CAUTION!
Please note that contact with processing materials, cleaning agents, or auxiliary lubricants may cause skin irritation or
allergic shock. There may be a potential THREAT TO LIFE!
•
In the event of contact with skin, clean the affected skin areas immediately with clear water.
•
In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse the eyes.
•
Upon any signs of infection, poisoning, or allergic reaction, seek a doctor or if necessary an emergency doctor.
•
Wear protective goggles, suitable work clothes and protective gloves.
•
If there are any signs of infection, poisoning or allergic reactions, call a doctor or emergency doctor. The material
safety data sheet must be presented to the respective physician.
DANGER! from pressurised liquid!
It must be ensured that the entire pump system is depressurised during maintenance or repair work. Otherwise, it may
lead to an unexpected discharge of pressurised hot fluid when the screws are released.
•
Check whether the pressure gauge still indicates pressure.
•
Carefully move the injection head into the open position, never holding it towards yourself or other persons or
other living beings.
•
Wear eye protection, hand protection and suitable work clothes!
CAUTION! Risk of slipping or stumbling
During maintenance or repair work, there may be slippery surfaces due to the discharge of liquids in connection with the
operational environment.
•
Wipe up leaking or spilled liquid immediately.
•
It must be ensured that material/return/ and material hoses do not lead to additional hazards.
WARNING: Cutting injuries possible
During work carried out on the machine, cutting injuries may occur under certain circumstances due to wear, damage or
deposits of processing material.
