5 Cleaning, maintenance and validation

5.1 Check & Clean process

18. Replace the condensation tube.

19. Go a step further in this Check & Clean option by pressing the

Navigate to next step" function key.

20. Screw down the lid again.
21. Place the drain tank no more than 3 m from the DAC Universal and

at a lower height.

The drain tank is cleaned and emptied.

WARNING

Risk of contamination!

Check that the drain hose is not blocked after emptying and cleaning.

Check the assembly of the adapters

Frequency: Weekly or every 50 cycles (whichever comes first).

CAUTION

The metal part of the lid is very hot at the end of the cycle. Please
allow the lid to cool down before cleaning it.

For further information about the adapters and the corresponding O-
rings, please see the separate operating instructions for adapters.

Procedure

The DAC Universal is switched on and is in the Check & Clean
process menu.

All available Blue and Green lids are ready.

Go to the next Check & Clean option by pressing the "

Next Check &

Clean step" function key.

Or go a step further in this Check & Clean option by pressing the
"

Navigate to next step" function key.

Place the lid on a flat surface.
