There are 3 methods of indicating time
Press TIME repeatedly to select the indication type.

remaining tracks)

Selecting a track
During playback, turn the selector knob.

Fast-forwarding and Fast-reversing
(searching)
During playback, press

Turn the selector knob to select “Search Mode”,
then press the selector knob.

Turn the selector knob to select “Normal” or
“Silent”.
Playing one track only

SINGLE/CONT.
to turn on the “SINGLE” indicator.
• To resume continuous playback, press SINGLE/CONT. to turn off
the SINGLE indicator.

Playing repeatedly (Repeat playback)
Press
REPEAT
to turn on the “REPEAT” indicator.
• The player repeats playback according to the current settings.
• While the “FOLDER” indicator blinks, only the files in the current
folder are played repeatedly.
• To resume playback, press
REPEAT
to turn off the “REPEAT”
indicator.
Playing in random order
(Random playback)

In the stop mode, press RANDOM .
The “RANDOM” indicator lights.

The tracks start playing in random order.
n Resuming normal playback
In the stop mode, press
RANDOM
.
The “RANDOM” indicator turns off.
When
REPEAT
is pressed during random playback, the tracks are
played in a different random order after this turn.
NOTE
Direct searching is not possible during random playback.
