Check the settings of each IC. Are the following
voltages set?
SW2 : [IC781 : 10pin] : 3.3V : OK
SW5 : [IC781 : 2pin] : 3.3V : OK
The circuit around [IC781] is faulty.
The CPU [IC711] is faulty.
Check the pattern between [JK781] and [IC781],
and then check the Blu-ray/DVD player or the
cable between the unit and the Blu-ray/DVD
player.
