► Ensure sufficient air circulation. Hot air must be able to dis-
sipate upwards. Leave enough space around each inverter.
► Position the inverters so that they do not heat each other.
► Note the
Operating temperature range without derating
and the
Operating temperature range
. When the
Operating
temperature range without derating
is exceeded, the in-
verter reduces the AC power fed into the mains grid. When
the
Operating temperature range
is exceeded, the inverter
stops feeding AC power into the mains. This is normal op-
erating behavior for the inverter and is necessary to protect
the internal electronics.
► In areas with many trees or meadows, pollen and parts of
plants can block air inlets and outlets and obstruct the air
flow.

Commissioning software
To commission the inverter, you need a PC on
which the commissioning software and the Delta
Service Software (DSS) are installed. Both can
be downloaded from www.solar-inverter.com.
Instructions for this software can also be down-
loaded there.
To connect the PC to the inverter, you need a USB/RS485 adap-
ter.
The software allows you to set up all inverters that are connected
to each other via RS485 at the same time.
Install the software on your PC before going to the installation
site. Otherwise, you will need an Internet connection at the instal-
lation location to download the software.
