The device does not work at all
or sporadically. 
Direct the PointRacer towards the display screen.

Ensure the path between the PointRacer and the display screen.

Pair the PointRacer and the device again.

Check the battery polarity.

Replace battery and recharge again.
Click function does not work Make sure to hold the buttons firmly while performing an operation.
Mouse pointer does not func-
tion smoothly or is restricted to
an area.

Make sure the device is not blocked by a shadow or pointing directly into a
shadow.

Make sure the projected image is not blocked, and there is no line-of-sight in-
terference.
