Prerequisites

Follow the procedure from step 1 to step 6 in “

Removing the base cover

.

Remove the 

battery

.

Procedure

Open the latch and disconnect the I/O-board cable from system board.

Remove the screw (M2x3) that secures the I/O board to the base cover.

Push the securing tab to release the I/O board from the base cover.
