CAUTION:
NVDIMM-N battery is not hot swappable. To prevent data loss and potential damage to your system, ensure
that your system, LEDs on system, LEDs on NVDIMM-N and LEDs on NVDIMM-N battery are turned off before
removing the NVDIMM-N battery.
CAUTION:
To avoid damage to the battery connector, you must firmly support the connector while installing or
removing a battery.
Steps
1
Disconnect the cables from the NVDIMM-N battery.

Using Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the screw securing the NVDIMM-N battery.

Holding the edges, lift the NVDIMM-N battery at an angle to disengage it from the slot on the air shroud.
4
Lift the NVDIMM-N battery away from the system.
