ipv6 nd dad attempts
Configure the number of neighbor solicitation messages that are sent to perform duplicate address detection
(DAD) on the interface.
C9000 Series
Syntax
ipv6 nd dad attempts { number of attempts }
To restore the default value, use the
no ipv6 nd dad attempts
command.
Parameters
number of
attempts Enter the number of attempts to be made to detect a duplicate
address. The range is from 0 to 15. Setting the value to 0
disables DAD on the interface.
Default 3 attempts
