Steps
1. Place the dock I/O board and connect the dock I/O flexible printed cable to the system board.
NOTE: Adhere the dock I/O flexible printed cable with kapton tapes to the connector.
2. Flip the dock I/O board.
Next steps
1. Install the WLAN card .
2. Install the RF switch board .
3. Install the base cover .
4. Install the primary M.2 2280 solid state drive or primary M.2 2230 solid state drive .
5. Install the battery .
6. Follow the procedure in after working inside your computer .

Prerequisites
1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer .
2. Remove the primary M.2 2280 solid state drive or primary M.2 2230 solid state drive .
3. Remove the battery .
4. Remove the base cover .
About this task
The following images indicate the location of the Global Positioning System (GPS) board and provide a visual representation of
the removal procedure.
Steps
1. Unroute the GPS antenna from the routing guide and disconnect it from the Wi-Fi board and GPS board.
2. Remove the two (M2.5x5) screws that secure the GPS board to the system chassis.
3. Lift the GPS board from the system chassis.
