Alarm codes
An alarm code corresponds to a temporary status of the hybrid pump
resulting from the detection of an anomaly. If an alarm code still remains
after several automatic start-up attempts, the hybrid system goes into error
mode.
When one of the following codes is displayed and the hybrid system
cannot restart automatically, contact a maintenance technician.

Displaying and clearing the error memory
The error memory stores the 32 most recent errors. You can check the
details of each error and then clear it from the error memory.
To display and clear the error memory:
1. Follow the access path described below to access this information.

The list of the 32 most recent errors is displayed with the error code,
a short description and the date.
2. Select the error for which you want to view the details and press the
button.
3. To clear the error memory, press and hold the button.

The radiators are cold. The heating set point tem
perature is too low.
Increase the value of parameter
or, if a room thermostat is connec
ted, increase the temperature on it.
The heating mode is deac
tivated.
Activate the heating mode.
The radiator valves are
closed.
Open the valves on all radiators connected to the heating system.
The heat pump is not op
erating.
Check that the heat pump is switched on.
Check the fuses and switches on the electrical installation.
The water pressure is too
low (< 1 bar).
Top up the installation with water.
