detectors can be provided for vacuum operation. The typical reachable vacuum is 10

tronics in vacuum) or 10

mbar (only detector head in vacuum). The out-gassing rate and content are not specified. The
vacuum compatibility option guarantees that the detector will operate in the mentioned vacuum range. Detectors ordered
with a vacuum compatibility option have been tested in vacuum.
To see if a detector is vacuum compatible, check the conditions mentioned in section 2.1
