USAGE AND FUNCTIONS

USE THE JOYSTICK TO CONTROL THE WHEELCHAIR

When in a hurry, do not make any sharp turn or quick stops.

Ignoring the warning may result in damage to the wheelchair or user.

The joystick can control the direction smoothly. It is equipped with 360 ° mobility, which is easy to
use. There is a spring in the joystick, so that it can return to the center of the initial state
automatically.

Push the joystick in the direction you want to go, the joystick has proportional control. Speed is
limited within 6 km/h (3.75 miles per hour).

If you want to brake, just drop the joystick. The wheelchair automatically slows down and corrects
the direction in the minimum direction.

When using the wheelchair at the beginning, you should have low speed and push the joystick
slightly forward. This exercise will help you learn how to control the wheelchair step by step and get
acquainted with how to control and master the methods of running your Flexlife.

To start, please do as follows:

1. Turn on the power supply. See the previous section on "press the off/on button".

2. Adjust the control panel for the appropriate settings.

The joystick and control unit are programmable to change driving characteristics. This reprogramming may

only be carried out by an approved technician, dealer or representative of Decon Wheel AB.
