Assemble the bottom bracket parts and tighten the 5/8
” bolt
and make a mirror
image pair.

Preassemble the Base Plates and Tires as shown below. The regular nut should be on
the inside and the serrated nut should be to the outside of the base plate. Take care
to tighten the bolt and nuts to allow the tire to spin freely but not be loose on the
bolt.
6)
Tap ends caps into Uprights as shown below.
