Connection to the 480R

When the 480R Remote Controller is used in a network system, networking connection to the
480R Remote Controller must be accessed through the 480P power supply unit which included
with the 480R.  The following illustration shows the proper connections for 480R utilization.

Note that when you are making network connections using the 480R, that you must first con-
nect the 480R to the included 480P.   This is required because not only does this connection
establish a communication protocol, but it also provides the 480R with power from the 480P.

Also take note that the network connections between the 480R and the 480P can utilize both
RJ-45 and DB-9 connection types.
