Loading Batteries
Step 1:
The batteries load into a chamber in the top
part of the mill. There are symbols located on
the back of the mill that indicate the locked
and unlocked positions. To open the battery
compartment, hold the mill body (B) and turn
the top of the mill (A) counterclockwise until
the top arrow aligns with the unlocked symbol.
Remove the top of the mill.
Step 2:
Insert 6 x AAA batteries into the
corresponding slots, correctly matching the
charge symbols.
Step 3:
Replace the top of the mill (A), aligning the
arrow to the unlocked symbol. Holding the mill
body (B), turn the top of the mill clockwise.
The top arrow will align to the locked symbol
indicating that the mill has locked.
Filling the Mill
Step 1:
The spice chamber can be filled with
a variety of spices, such as sea salt,
peppercorns, red pepper flakes, or coarse
sugar. There are symbols located on the
back of the mill that indicate the locked and
unlocked positions. To open, hold the spice
chamber (D) and turn the mill body (B)
clockwise until the top arrow aligns with the
unlocked symbol. Remove the body from
the chamber.
Step 2:
Fill the spice chamber (D) with your desired
spice. Fill to about 80% (approximately to
