PowerScan® PBT7100 Cordless

Coupon Control

This feature is used to control the method of processing coupon labels.

Options are:

•

Disable coupon decoding

•

Enable UPC-A coupon decoding

•

Enable GS1 DataBar coupon decoding

To set this feature:

1. Scan the SWITCH bar code.

2. Scan either the enable or disable bar code below. You’ll need to cover any unused barcodes

on this and the facing page to ensure that the reader sees only the barcode you intend to
scan.

3. Complete the programming sequence by scanning the SWITCH barcode.

ENTER/EXIT PROGRAMMING MODE

Coupon Control = Disable

Coupon Control = Enable UPC-A coupon decoding

Coupon Control = Enable GS1 DataBar coupon decoding
