Press the
Home
button on the Pronto to reach this page.
•
If
your
dCS
system is in Sleep mode, press the
System Wake
button
to return to normal operation.
•
At the end of a listening session, press the
System Sleep
button to
set the
dCS
system to sleep mode. In this mode, the system stays
warm, ready for immediate use.
•
If you prefer to switch off completely, set
System Sleep
, then press
the
Power Down
button. Once powered down, the
dCS
units can only
be switched on again by pressing the
Power
button on the front panel
of each unit.
•
Press one of the silver buttons by the
DAC
,
CD
,
Clock
,
UPS
or
Macro
labels at the bottom of the screen to jump to page 1 for that
device. The name of the device selected appears at the top of the
screen.
The
Paganini
system, the
Puccini
Player and the
Debussy
DAC respond
similarly.

The 3 buttons on this page send a series of commands at timed intervals to the whole
system - this is called a macro. The commands will only be received properly if all the
dCS
units in the system can “see” the IR beam from the Pronto for perhaps 5 seconds
after pressing the button. A swirling icon appears in the top left corner of the screen
when commands are being sent.
