3.4 Mobile Mount Assembly
3.4.1 Considerations
Mobile Light
Movement The mobile edition of the MAG700 has a weighted plate included
with the base. This is a counter weight that is essential for the
MAG700 to provide the optimum range of movement without
balancing issues.
We would however advise that when possible, users should not
use or leave the light at its maximum protrusion.
Assembly Assembly will require a 22mm spanner and may also require use
of a wooden or rubber mallet
3.4.2 Placement and Installation

Place the castor base on firm ground and insert the up-stand into the hole
located in the centre and push down firmly until the up-stand is fully inserted.
Warning: If the up-stand is not fully inserted into the castor base it may become
unstable whilst in operation.

Rest the mobile base on its side. Align the hole of the weighted plate with the
threaded hole in the centre of the castor base.

Push the bolt through the shake-proof washer and then the weighted plate.

Tighten the bolt clockwise to lock the plate onto the base.
Warning: Do not over tighten the bolt as this may damage the threading.
