D145161B: 614-638 MHz for use in:  

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, 
Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey. 

D145182B: 822–846 MHz for use in:  

Germany.
