3. Electric switch installation
8QGHUWKHPDQLIROGFRYHUWKHSORZHQGRIWKHZLUH
harness has been pre assembled prior to shipping.
Prior to installing the electric wire harness and switch
WXUQRIIWKHPDFKLQHDQGUHPRYHWKHNH\
&RQQHFWWKHORQJHUPDFKLQHHQGRIWKHZLUHKDUQHVV
WRWKHSUHDVVHPEOHGSORZHQGRIWKHZLUHKDUQHVV
by connecting the electrical connector plug to the

5RXWHWKHPDFKLQHKDUQHVVZLUHIURPWKHSOXJRQWKH
PDQLIROGFRYHUXSWKHERRPDUPVRIWKHPDFKLQH
to the cab. Make sure the wire will not be pinched
when the plow is raised, lowered, or hydro turned.
Secure the wire with nylon zip ties as needed (Page

Use existing clamps along the boom arm or nylon zip
ties to secure the wire to the boom. Pay particular

Install the black switch box in the cab. Install in a
