Before making a warranty claim please ensure the steps below are undertaken first.
(a) Carefully check the operating instructions. user manual and terms of this warranty
(b) Have the proof of purchase (eg an invoice) available
(c) Have the model and serial number of the appliance ready

The consumer Law requires the includsion of the following statement with this warranty:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failture and for compensation for any
other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
