3.18.5 23-5* Energy Log
The frequency converter is continuously accumulating the
consumption of the motor controlled, based on the actual
power yielded by the frequency converter.
These data can be used for an Energy Log function
allowing the user to com and structure the information
about the energy consumption related to time.
There are basically two functions:
-
Data related to a pre-programmed period,
defined by a set date and time for start
-
Data related to a predefined period back in time
e.g. last seven days within the pre-programmed
period
For each of the above two functions, the data are stored in
a number of counters allowing for selecting time frame
and a split on hours, days or weeks.
The period/split (resolution) can be set in
.
The data are based on the value registered by the kWh
counter in the frequency converter. This counter value can
be read in
containing the accumulated
value since the first power up or latest reset of the counter
(
).
All data for the Energy Log are stored in counters which
can be read from

Counter 00 always contains the oldest data. A counter
covers a period from XX:00 to XX:59 if hours or 00:00 to
23:59 if days.
If logging either the last hours or last days, the counters
shift contents at XX:00 every hour or at 00:00 every day.
Counter with highest index will always be subject to
update (containing data for the actual hour since XX:00 or
the actual day since 00:00).
The contents of counters can be displayed as bars on LCP.
