Set the acceptable pressure difference deviation.
When the actual pressure difference is within the neutral zone, the controller
does not change the circulation pump speed.
Low value:
A low variation in pressure is acceptable
High value:
A high variation in pressure is acceptable
The neutral zone is symmetrical around the desired pressure difference
value, i.e. half the value is above and half the value is below.
