6 Start-up and login

6.1

Start-up

Proceed as follows to start the recorder.

Connect the recorder and the relevant peripherals to the power supply.

Switch on the monitor.

Switch on the relevant peripherals.

Switch the recorder on by connecting it to the power supply.

During the booting process, a background picture with a progress bar will be displayed.

No action or entries are required by the user.

After the booting process has been completed, the recorder is in sequencer/live mode.

Depending on the configuration of the splitter, the live pictures from the connected ca

meras may be shown in a specific split type.

Before you can configure it you have to log into the recorder.

6.2

Login variants

The type of login depends on the current configuration of the recorder.

6.2.1

Login in basic configuration

No users or user groups are defined in the basic configuration.
A login without a password is possible for configuration purposes. The rights of the Ad

ministrator user group are valid for this purpose.
