8.6.2 Parameter setting for SEDOR
The following settings regarding the sensitivity of SEDOR can be
made:

Edge criterion limit

Minimum learning phase
z
Minimum alarm delay
SEDOR compares consecutive pictures. If the difference in the
picture information from picture one to picture two is greater than
the set limit value, an alarm situation has occurred.
90% is specified as a default
value. This means that 90% of
the picture content may change
without triggering an alarm.

To change the parameters
click with the right mouse
button on the corresponding
Sedor field. The SEDOR
Properties for Camera No.
... dialog opens.

The Limit slider allows you to define the limit (in %) for the edge
criterion.
The learning process required for SEDOR (analysis of the picture
information and saving of the relevant characteristics) starts
automatically.
When the learning process is completed, the corresponding field is
shown in green.
