11  Pin Assignment – Interface Board Series 5100

Interface Board Series 5100

The “Contact IN/OUT” and “RS485” terminal blocks can be easily wired 

without tools by directly inserting rigid conductors or flexible conductors with 

ferrules (push-in spring connection).

To disconnect the conductors from the push-in terminal blocks again, gently in-

sert a micro precision screwdriver (type: flat-bladed, blade thickness: 0.4 mm, 

blade width: 2.0 mm) or a similar tool into the rectangular opening below each 

conductor and pull out the conductor. Note, however, that disconnecting the 

conductors is only possible after the camera module has been removed (see 

chapter “Removing the Camera Module” on page 48).
