ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: PT12298
1.
Place the base (A) on a level surface.
2.
Insert the night light bulb (B) bulb socket (C).
3.
Screw the socket assembly (D) into base (A).
4.
Insert the harp (F) until it sits firmly into the saddle (E).
5.
Place the shade (G) over the end of the harp (F) and
tighten the finial (H) securing the shade in place.
6.
Insert the bulb into the bulb socket.
To replace the Night Light Bulb
1. Unscrew the socket assembly from
the base and lift upward.
2. Replace the bulb and return the socket assembly to the
correct position on the base.
Recommended (1) maximum 100 WATT, 3 WAY, Type “A” Bulb
Or (1) maximum 23 WATT CFL Bulb (not included) and
(1) maximum 7 WATT, Type "C" Bulb (included)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives
