5.27 Compressor Motor Lock

Detection
Inverter PCB takes the position signal from UVW line connected between the inverter and
compressor, and the error is detected when any abnormality is observed in the phase-current
waveform.
Error Decision
Conditions
When the compressor motor does not operate even by starting it in forced startup mode.

 Compressor lock
 High differential pressure (0.5 MPa or more)
 UVW connection error
 Defective inverter PCB
 The stop valve is not opened.

Replace the connection line,
and then securely connect the
connector.

Open the stop valve.
Caution
Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting
connectors, or parts may be damaged.
