This read/write holding register is used to change the Cooling setpoint from the network. It sets the temperature of the 
Leaving Chilled Fluid when the chiller is operating in the Cooling Mode.  The default is 44°F. This register is ignored by 
the chiller application if Chiller Local/Remote is set to Local.
