7.8  High Pressure Control in Cooling

Error Code

F6

Method of Error 
Detection

High-pressure control (operation halt, frequency drop, etc.) is activated in cooling operation if the 
temperature sensed by the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor exceeds the limit.

Error Decision 
Conditions

The temperature sensed by the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor rises above 60 ~ 62°C (140 
~ 143.6°F) (depending on the model).

The error is cleared when the temperature drops below 48.5 ~ 52°C (119.3 ~ 125.6°F) 
(depending on the model).
