Step
Procedure
Points
1. Remove the heat
exchanger
Warning
When any gas leakage is found,
repair the gas leakage points.
After that, collect all refrigerants
in the air conditioner, vacuum
dry the inside and then fill it with
refrigerant.
Warning
Do not entrain air or the like
other than the specified
refrigerant (R-410A) in the
refrigerating cycle. (If air is
entrained into the refrigerant
cycle, the inside of the
refrigerating cycle is
extraordinarily raised and will
cause an explosion or result in
injury.)
Caution
If any gas is leaked during the
operation, ventilate the room. (If
the refrigerant gas is exposed to
any flammable material, toxic
gas may occur.)
Caution
To prevent the heat exchanger
from dropping, be sure to
support it while you remove the
screws.
Make sure that the gases
are removed after the
pump down work. After
that, start the removal of
the heat exchanger.
Remove the drain pan
and the like before
starting the removal of the
heat exchanger.
