Return Hydroblock( Pump Group) Removal
•
Drain the water from the boiler ( refer to Section1 ).
•
Seperate the installation pipes from the boiler by using
wrench ( refer to Section 1).
•
Open the appliance (refer to Section 2 ).
•
Disconnect the two clips which hold cable group from
the right cover (refer to Section 3).
•
Remove the right cover of the boiler with loosing the
screws that connect the rigth cover to hermetic cabinet
(1).
Note:
There must be liquid gasket before plastic union joint
gasket mounted.
•
Re-assemble in reverse order.
Note:
During disassembling the condensate sump from the
heat exchanger, condensate sump clip could be pulled out
with 15 degree (16) angle which corresponds detaching the
pawl from the heat exchanger surface.
After that condensate sump can be pulled down.

After heat exchanger and burner removal progress is ap
-
plied as burner and heat exchanger can be cleaned.
•
Clean into the heat exchanger by using Fernox or Senti
-
nel’s products which are appropriate for cleaning of heat
exchanger inside.
•
Inspect the heat exchanger from the top and bottom.
Take any foreign object.
•
Use the cleaning tool into the heat exchanger’s pins (19).
•
Apply compressed air from the top and bottom of the heat
exchanger, if possible.
•
Use vacuum cleaner to clean the top of the heat exchang
-
er.
•
Undo the screws of the electrodes from the heat ex
-
changer and take out the electrodes (11).
•
Take out the air vent from on the main heat exchanger by
wrench (12).
•
Undo 4xM5 (screw head) screw that connects the burner
hood to main heat exchanger by using screw wrench(13).
•
Take out the burner (14) and burner gasket (15).
•
Pushing down the pawls of the condensate sump manu
-
ally from the heat exchanger (16).
•
Remove the plastic union joint by turning manually (17).
•
Take out the ntc sensors and limit thermostat by turning
manually (18).

Heat Exchanger Cleaning

Burner Cleaning
Inspect the fiber and the inner side of the burner.
Take any foreign object, if there are any, without damaging
the fiber.
Clean the burner with a brush. Be careful to not to damage
burner especially the fiber.
Burner gasket must be replaced in every burner
cleaning(opening the burner hood) (15).
