7.5 Configure Storm Control
The broadcast frames on the network are forwarded continuously, which affects the proper
communications, and greatly reduces the network performance. The storm control can limit the
broadcast flows of the port and discard the broadcast frames once the flow exceeds the specified
threshold, which can reduce the risk of the broadcast storm and ensure the network proper
operation.
Step 1
Select Control Policy > Storm Control .
Step 2 Click Add .
Step 3 Enter the Port , Type , and Speed .
Step 4 Click OK .
