NORMAL PROCEDURES
The normal procedures hereafter supplement those of the standard airplane
described in Section 4 ”Normal procedures” of the basic Pilot’s Operating
Handbook.
Normal operating procedures for “AIRBORNE” GWX 68 color weather radar
system are outlined in the Pilot’s Guide, the references of which are given in
Section 2 “Limitations” of this Supplement.
CAUTION
IN REVERSIONARY MODE, THE WEATHER RADAR SYSTEM
AUTOMATICALLY SWITCHES TO STANDBY MODE. THE SYSTEM
REMAINS IN STANDBY MODE UNTIL BOTH DISPLAYS ARE
RESTORED.
IN REVERSIONARY MODE, THE WEATHER RADAR SYSTEM
CANNOT BE CONTROLLED
